I'm not sure about the parvo thing. You may have to check with your vet on that one.

Puppies do sleep a lot. I call it "refueling". Because they are so crazy when they are awake!! It probably seems as though he/she is more like taking naps.

But I wouldn't leave your husky puppy unattended in the backyard. Huskies are notorious for digging out of a yard and/or scaling the fence no matter how tall the fence is or what it is made out of. They are mischievous little devils and wicked smart!!!

You get her vaccinated for it...

Right now, I wouldnt leave her in the backyard by herself just because she might dig or even jump the fence at the young age. I just my first Sibe about 5 weeks ago and she is now 13 weeks old and I am just now able to somewhat trust her in the backyard by herself even though most of the time I keep my german shepherd back there with her to babysit her. Talking about the sleeping thing, they will sleep a ton. Even at 14 weeks my pup sleeps a ton. She is awake like an hour and then sleeps 2 or 3, but when she is awake she is crazy. I would keep anything they can chew out of thier site because they love to chew on anything at the age.

Be very carefull about leaving you husky alone outside. I had my 1.5 yearold girl die after getting hit by a car after I left her outside with my other dog. I was outside playing with them and I had to go to the bathroom myself. By the time I came back (2 - 3 min) She was gone. Its a bad way to learn a lesson, and I would hate for anyone else to loose their little ones.

i did get her vaccinations as soon as i got her i took her straight to the vet and got her shots so do you guys think does she have a good chance of not getting it.

Did you talk to your vet about your predicament?
Puppies get 3 sets of vaccines...You should talk to your vet, If you haven't already. Also you could arrange your puppy's vaccination schedule in advance with your vet.

As long as she got the DLPP she should have zero chance of getting it.

That won't change. Dogs sleep a LOT! And they are 8 and 6.

Your average dog requires 14 hours of sleep per day.
Compared to your average human which requires 8. So it is going to seem like they sleep alot.

Dog's spend over 50% of there lives asleep... although they tend to live hard enough during the other 50% or so to make up for it
