bug bites?

has anyone elses chi gotten bug bites while playing outside in grass and weeds? small red bumps?

There are other things this could be. I'd sure have my vet take a look, as soon as they are open. If the dog shows swelling or shortness of breath, lethargy, extreme itchiness or other odd signs, I'd go to the emergency clinic. Even if it is bug bites, your choices could be medication given promptly and not too serious a reaction, plus putting it off and winding up with a critically ill dog. BIG dogs have died from wasp stings and other insect bites.
