My King Charles Cavalier was diagnosed with a ACL. I have heard of a vitamin called Longlive but do not know where to purchase it. I would like to try these before agreeing to surgury.

Trying something else before surgery is not a good idea unless your veterinarian recommends that. Sometimes they will do a trial of cage rest. But other than that, the longer you wait before doing surgery, the more difficult the surgery and the more risk it might not work well. If you've ever had a knee ligament, it's agonizing, though dogs hide their pain, so people often do not realize how much they are suffering.
