coolness, any guesses on estimated height/weight at full growth? i would try the estimation charts, but we're really unsure of her age.
I'm not seeing lab...am I the only one seeing some terrier features? I'm not sure just from that one picture.

Definitely not a doberman. Doberman pups have long heads and long stick legs. Your dog has a fuller head then the German shepherd, and that is where you might be able to figure out what he is mixed with. Maybe look at the photos of labs and rots and see if the head shape is similar. Not too good at this, just raised dobermans growing up and know that doberman is not in the dog.
