It’s Best Friends Day, and the start of a special weekend of kindness to animals.
So this weekend, we’re asking people all across the country to do one good deed for the animals – one Act of Kindness.
On the Best Friends Network website, at http://network.bestfriends.org, there are lots of examples of things anyone can do – from helping an elderly neighbor with their pet, to helping out at a local shelter, to making a donation to save homeless animals, to having a vegetarian meal or cookout.
If you do something kind for an animal this weekend, log onto their website and tell them about it! They are keeping track!!
