I've recently been interacting more and more with my Siberian Husky named Sebastien. To get him to howl with me. Took awhile to finally get him use to it, but now he just won't be quiet. He keeps going and going. Not saying that I hate it, because now he keeps conversations going with me. Plus he has learned to howl at me when he needs to use the bathroom outside.
Sebastien is only 4 months old, but he has to be the smartest dog that I've had in a long time. Not only was he very easy to train in the house. He was also very easy to train when it came to teaching him simple commands. Such as sit, lay, fetch, and simple things like that.
I've been reading quite a few topics that were started on here and I've read around the internet also that it's not smart to keep your Siberian Husky off a leash when outside. I haven't really put Sebastien on one at all and he does just fine. We walk around the neighborhood and he follows right beside me. There have been a few instances where he will go up to a fellow neighbor and greet them, but as for cats and other dogs around the block. He tends to just ignore them and keep walking with me.
Don't get me wrong either, it's not like I will allow him to do this forever. I know there will be a time in his life where he does run off without listening to me, but as for right now. He really is doing great.
Below is a picture of Sebastien when he was 4 weeks old. Ignore the date on the picture, it's incorrect.

I'll try to get more pictures soon. My webcam is broke right now and I'm not too sure on where my regular camera is. So until I fix the webcam or find my other camera, you'll all have to wait.
