I have a 4y.o. male boxer. Today he had very loose stool and I caught him eating it. I feed him very good food and he has never done this before. I know I can just keep it picked up but I would like to know what might be underlying the problem.

There doesn't seem to be an answer for this problem. But since the stool is soft I would check with your vet or post on our vet board.
