Soo.. today I bit the bullet and bought a crate for Sophie. I noticed that when she sleeps during the day she goes and hides in the bathroom and I realized that she wants a dark, quiet, secure place, so I bought her a crate for her own comfort, and hopefully the housebreaking will go a little smoother now (she hopped off the bed last night and peed on the carpet!) This is my first time ever using a crate with a dog.. but her breeder kept her in one and I just think she feels more secure.
