How to dry "Cool Bed"

Hello,

I purchased a Cool Bed II for my big dog this summer, but am now having trouble getting it to dry out and not smell mildewy. Has anyone figured out a way to get this dry before summer comes again?

I'm not sure...maybe try adding some very diluted bleach into it to kill the mold/moldy smell? To dry it.. I'm not sure but the bleach solution should kill that smell.
