First. Never punish or hit your dog for making a mistake.
I would start just like if your dog was a pup.
Outside first thing in the morning. Watch and wait until the dog goes before bringing in the house.
Outside after meals and play times.
Pick a word like Potty or Outside every time so that learn that command.
If you are a stay at home caretaker, then for a few days put the dog outside every half hour, just to remind them where they bathroom is. 
When cleaning up after dog mistakes, do not use a Windex type product. They have ammonia in them and smell like urine to a dog. Get something from a pet shop for this cleaning up.
If you think the dog has a medical problem with urinating to often check your vet.
