Hot Spots

My dog has two large areas of hot spots, about 3" in diameter each. He was shaved today, anti-itch creme applied, dosed with antibiotics and suggested antihistimines. Is there a natural approach to this?

Have your vet draw blood and send the serum to Dr. Dodds in California for a thyroid panel.
