Vitiligo

A friend of mine's dog (German Shepherd mix) has vitiligo. Is there any treatment for this? Thank you so much in advance!

Vitiligo is listed under several homeopathic remedies, so a good homeopath should be able to find the proper constitutional remedy for this dog.
