Skin Problems

MrGerbik Dec 12, 2006 10:57 AM

My bulldog is constantly scratching his face and ears. He is cutting himself and getting all scabby. I took him to the vet and the vet says that bulldogs usually have bad skin and to just keep him clean, and give him a bath once a week. I do that but he still rips his face up. Somtimes his ear is bleeding like crazy because he scratches so much. His ears are clean inside though. I dont get it

Ask your vet to refer you to a veterinary dermatology specialist. These are the experts on skin problems.
