My 1yo adopted dog was dx with sarcoptic mange and altho my holistic vet likes to do things naturally she put him on oral ivermectin, one dose a week for 3 weeks. He got last dose yesterday and altho his itching/biting etc has subsided 99% I did just notice that he scratched at his chin today. I also got bites on me even this past week. I have been washing my clothes/bed linens daily plus the sheet where he sleeps during the day plus vacuuming. Is it possible that he still has this? I have been washing him down with lemon water every couple of days and any sore spots have been using almond oil with lavender/tea tree. He has been on raw diet since I adopted him but wondering what supplements will help him overcome side effects of having to have this ivermectin in his body. Thanks for any tips.

You might try Nux vomica, or even better, potentized Ivermectin.
