Tamaskans

Hello there,
My fiance and I are lined up to become the proud parents of a newer breed called a Tamaskan. They are bred to look like hybrid wolf-dogs but are selectively bred from several different kinds of domestic breeds. Does anyone know anything about them? We've found information on our breeder's site but, I know that those facts are often padded to sound good to prospective owners. http://www.blustag-arcticbreeds.com/Tamaskan Dogs/tamaskan.htm Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not familiar with Tamaskans, so can't offer information. But I'm curious: What made you interested in this kind of dog?

I too am not familiar with this breed. I'll see if I can find anything out though and get back to you.

I think thats the only place they are even bred. I know there would be lots of interest in the US. Beautiful dogs, lets us know how it goes. If someone is breeding them here let me know who it is, I would be interested myself.
