Too many treats...

PHAthena Jan 27, 2007 08:30 PM

Well, I discovered WHY the new-ish box of dog treats is almost empty. It appears that a certain toddler, who shall remain UNNAMED for his protection, spent the better part of his day shoving them under the door to a certain spotted wonder when we thought she was sleeping.

No, we aren't cruel & keep her locked in a room all day, she goes in there to escape aforementioned TODDLER & get some peace & a snooze.

BUT...and there's ALWAYS a but, the treats in such a volume did not agree w/her. And guess who got to spend the evening attempting to pooper-scoop an impressive amount rather foul poo???? Thank heavens we've solved that mystery & have moved the treat box into a locked cabinet. I had no idea he could reach that far back on the counter...

LOL Sorry for laughing but I can just picture the toddler sitting on the floor shoving the doggie treats under the door. Glad the mystery of the nearly empty treat box was solved. Never underestimate the determination of a toddler.

Yeah...the treats have now worked their way OUT of the "starving" dalmatian.

It was in the mid 40s & I had to take the hose to the sidewalk after both walks today.

But she was game for more treats afterwards...
