Best Food For 1 yr old Chi

I have a male chihuahua who will be turning 1 year old at the end of the month. I have been researching foods for months, but cannot find any adult dog food that is organic, has crude protein no less than 30 percent and crude fat no less than 20, and has a meat as the first few ingredients. I have found puppy food that meets these requirements, but is it okay to feed an adult chihuahua puppy food?
