Hi and welcome to far off Taiwan. Neutering is usually done when the puppy reaches 6 months of age so for your Sibe it can be done anytime. Are there many Sibes in Taiwan?

Do this as young as 6 weeks. Vets suggest 6 months, if it is to help curb behaviors it must be done closer to 6 months and under 1 year.
My big husky was fixed at around 6 months, the little guy was fixed by the rescue at 6 weeks (I got him at 7 weeks old, already microchipped, a first shot).
