I have a 5 mos old puppy that we think has parvo now, we have had some unexpected expenses come up and have not yet recovered...and can't afford the $400 to save him, anyone have any ideas for help. If it helps I am in Phoenix, AZ...I dunno what to do.

I'm sorry to read this- I don't know of any resources to help you out. Treating parvo is a long expensive journey. Hopefully it's not parvo, but you really need to get your puppy to the vet ASAP to make sure.

I can understand and sympathize with your financial situation but this isn't anything you can think about. Your dog needs to see a vet immediately to make a determination if this is parvo. Without treatment the dog will die. Do you have a relationship with your vet to work out a payment plan or any family or friends that can help with the money issue?

I think I may have found a vet that will help me out...but as of right now we are going to have to put both dogs down, the other one has it now.

Should we just send you money?
