Adopting a Husky

Hi I want to adopt a husky and i know a few places, but i just wanna know if they are good inside dogs, what food they eat, and if most are good with cats and how to acquaint them the right way. Thanks

it doesnt look like anyones attempted to respond to your question.

as far as being inside dogs. they do good inside for the most part, but they do blow their coat twice a year < expect a layer of fur as thick as theirs on everything you own. > and theyre typically very energetic, so, they do best with a large fenced in yard to run and play in a large portion of the day. its possible to exercise them on a leash, but it takes a LOT of commitment.

as for cats, theyre notorious for their prey drive, and being "cat killers" though. i own 2, and a cat, with no problems, they play, thats it. but i got them both when they were puppies. so they grew up with a cat. < the ones not even grown yet > so, if you raise it from a puppy, then it could quite likely get along fine with cats.

theres alot to know about the breed, and to take into consideration before getting one.
