When we said "boxer maybe?" we meant Staffy Boxer X. rather than Staffy Mastiff.

Yeh I would say staffy x boxer. She looks too lanky to be a staffy x mastiff; Id expect that mix would be much more heavy set. Her head looks staffyish but her body looks like a boxer or great dane.

I would bet a lot that that dog is pit/boxer. Her face and build are boxer and boxers do tend to use their hands and stuff a lot.
There is no way there is mastiff in that dog... unless it is many many generations back.
looks like a full blooded american bulldog to me. possibly a hybrid but from the looks of it. its probably a standard. got any pics of the body ?
