My 3yr old dacshund mix

rascalsmom1 May 08, 2007 02:29 PM

looks as though he has way too much saliva - when he eats or drinks his mouth gets foamy and there is a residue of saliva and foam in both his food and water bowls -- He has been sick with pneumonia and on antibiotic

What can be causing this too happen and how can I cure this?

Get him over the pneumonia and off the antibiotics first, then we can see if he still produces too much saliva.
