One of a Kind...But What Kind??!

TerryinBloom May 30, 2007 07:53 AM

This is Annabell, she was sort of a Katrina survivor, or at least her mother was. She is 11 months old, runs like the wind, fetches a ball 24/7, and pulls ropes. We were told when we adopted her that they thought she was a dachshund, although we don't think so. She weighs about 9 pounds. If anyone has any ideas we would really appreciate your input.

Hi and welcome to the DogHobbyist! I don't see any Dachsund in Annabelle but what I do see is a whole lot of Terrier, possibly a Wirehaired Terrier or Terrier mix which will explain the non-stop activity.

I see yorkshire terrier in her, based on her color and size. If you had a picture or description of her mother, it would help a lot in determining her mixture.
