Does anyone one have a training technique for my BC chasing bikes and herding people walking towards us? I have tried to say NO and give a tug on leash but no luck yet.
I would love some advice.

Stop the behavior before it starts. Increase your distance from the trigger and praise lavishly for NOT reacting.
