I have a 9 week old ACD and his ears are not up yet.
How old before standing up. Is there anything to help them?
Shaving the hair to lighten them, crazy glue them together?
Are there anymore forums around for ACD
thanks

I'm not familiar with the ACD but with my breed the Shiba Inu the ears begin to stand within 8-10 weeks... might be the same here. Keep on asking questions here and maybe some other ACD owners will start posting and get this board rolling!

If there are no dogs in Heaven, then when I die I want to go where they went.
I'd give it some time. You can use foam rollers and tape if you like, but it's probably not necessary.

What exactly is a foam roller that your talking about?
Where does it go?
Foam rollers are what you see in movies when girls have slumber parties and are doing each other's hair. They typically are pink and you get them in the beauty section of most big retail stores.
Take the foam off one of the rollers and put it on the inside of the ear. Then take some tape to secure it.
I'm not sure how often you'd want to check the progress, but you do want to make sure to remove it periodically.
