Cyst between the toes

hello all. i am the proud owner of a 70 lb english bulldog named winston. this morning i discovered a sore between his first and second toe on his front left foot. after doing some research i found that bulldogs are prone to cysts between their toes. what is the best way to treat this. any help would be great. thanks

How the best way for this condiditon to be treated? I think the vet would know the answer to that question.
