Hornet/yellow jacket stings

My dog just accidentally stirred up a hornets nest...I don't know how many times he got stung but for sure at least twice, but probably way more...is there anything I can/should do for him? Please help.

Give him homeopathic Ledum 30c and Apis 30c.

If it is a critical situation, give one 10 minutes after the other, if the first remedy has had no effect.
