This is Jubei. My dad is a contractor and was working on a house and he noticed that she was next door. what had apparently happened was that when the neighbors moved they left her behind. My dad brought her home and she gave her to me. I don't know what she's mixed with though... Looks like border collie and maybe something else?

Congrats on your new dog and thanks for taking in one that was appartently abandoned. I'm not an expert but she may have some black lab in her along with something else to make the ear stand up.

the pic makes her look bigger than she is. To me she looks like she has a border collie's body frame,a tiny white patch on the chest which I think is collie, but her colors say probably chocolate lab in there. she's smart too. Just now she opened the door to the garage and went out for a run in the neighborhood for a good 10 mins (with me, my dad, his friend, and our other dog) all trying to catch her and get her back. Luckily she came back on her own. Definitely gonna wanna crate her when no one can watch her till she learns all basic commands. right now she kinda has sit down.

Sounds like you're excited about getting her and having fun training her. Good luck and congrats again!

Congratulations on your new dog, Jube. I just can't imagine how anyone can just leave a dog behind when they move...it boggles my mind. How wonderful for your dad to bring her home and give her to you. I'm sure she'll get much love. I think she perhaps has some lab mixed in. Hope we'll be hearing more about Jube.

Congrats on your new dog. You'll have many years of fun and care ahead of you. Like the others said, in the picture she looks like she has lab in her. Whatever she is, she looks like a sweetie!
