Well at first I had to do a search to see if the story was true and it seems so. While anyone would feel terrible for the baby... what was the mother thinking leaving a 2 year old naked baby alone and unattended. They authorities are having the dog evaluated, it'll be interesting to learn the outcome.

Not sure I'd use the word "rape" in the case of a dog, but definately a terrible event that should have been prevented.

While dogs certainly have instincts to, and most likely not neutered what was she thinking leaving a naked baby with the toddler. Could have been any breed of dog! Simply there could of been a few solutions. Fix the dog and never leave kids and dogs unattended!
