Hi all,

I adopted my dog late last summer from the local humane society, who told me she was "some sort of collie, but they weren't really sure." Having grown up with collies, she doesn't seem much like one to me, wrong coloring and hair and ears, and size, etc.

Now that I've learned about Australian Shepherds, I'm thinking that Haley might just be an Aussie or a Miniature Aussie (she is about 35 lbs).

Can someone who knows tell me if she looks like she might be an Australian Shepherd?

I don't have an Aussie so I'm nit an expert but I do think Haley is an Australian Sheperd with an undocked tail.

You pup is cute, but I actually don't see much Aussie in her at all. Yet, I'm kind of terrible with the "guess the mix" game. I have a frieng who I do agility with that has a dog that looks very similar and many say she's a papillion cross.

Personally I'm thinking some kind of Toller mix. The ears, facial expression, look in the eye screams Toller to me. Maybe a Toller/Aussie mix even - Gorgeous pup though!
