I need help

jeffwv Jul 20, 2007 09:57 AM

I have a 18 month old female Husky. She was in heat and she was with a male for a week. I don't know how to tell if she is bred. Any ideas? Thanks, Jeff

The only way I know to tell is taking to the vet for a test. Did she breed with another Husky?

It probably took and it's a bit too early to tell, but will show itself. Soem dogs hide it quite well and many owners never know until they find puppies one morning. If you don't want the litter, do your dog and the world a kindness and take her to the vet to have the pregnancy stopped.
