This is my 12 year old dog Mandy.
She's the smartest dog I've ever met, and also the sweetest (to us). I got her from a shelter 11 1/2 years ago.
She doesn't like strangers or children, which is bad because most people think she is a puppy and try to play with her.
She is 20 inches tall and weighs 55 pounds. She is VERY muscular.
Her feet are tiny for her body and she has a very distinct walking gait (like a cowboy who has been riding all day and just got off the horse). She is black with four white paws, a white chin (now turning more white because of age) a white chest, and a white tail tip.

What do you think she is mix wise?
My guess is pitbull/lab/beagle mix. Let's hear your guesses.

Mandy is beautiful! I would guess she would be a Lab and possibly some sort of Spaniel mix.

Thank you. I told Mandy "someone thinks you're beautiful" and she looked up at me and got this big grin and started wagging her tail a million miles an hour. I swear she can understand "human" sometimes.

Oh Mandy is a cutie too. I'm not very good at guessing breeds but she could have some terrier in her and yes, she could have some beagle as well. They must keep you busy.

They definately keep me busy! Mandy helps by keeping Ozzie in line and telling on him when he does something bad.
If he is into something he isn't supposed to be into, she will run over to me, run back, run over, run back until I get the picture.
