Is My Aussie Too Small?

BrittANDDooney Aug 22, 2007 03:45 PM

She is 6.5 months and 29 pounds. Female. A man at the dog park said she was small for 6 months?? I know Aussies are leggy and twiggy as they mature, but I am a little worried! Is this a normal weight and size or is she small???

Do you have any photos??
What were your pups parents like?
You can get a bit of an idea of size by looking at them.
I have a 9 month old now that is only 41 pds and 18 inchs. She is on the small side to me.
My previous aussie was 42 pds at 5 months. So there was a big size difference.
At 7 months she was 52 pds and 20 in tall. She was a big girl.
