Unattractive Physical Characteristics

ColorfulCritters Sep 17, 2007 09:18 AM

My dog's a stray pure bred schnauzer I'd picke up a month or two ago. She's coming along well, as far as I know, but apparently had had litters of puppies and her nipples are always showing. I'm wondering if this condition is permanent, or if there's a way to decrease their size, since it always appears she's pregnant and looks unattractive.

Usually with time, the nipples become smaller. If she has had many litters, they may remain larger than those found in a dog that has had only one litter a year or every two years.

Okay PHDrThorbin, yet it's been over a month now and not a one has diminished in size. How long does it take? I think, too, that she'd given birth to a litter before I found her or that someone had used her constantly for breeding.

I'm in Taiwan, and this dog was once quite popular.
