Peeing concern

I have an 11 month old Doberman and everytime someone pets him including myself he pees and gets an erection. Is that normal? This is the first time Ive owned a Doberman but have not had that problem with my other dogs. Any help or advise thanks in advance.

my little sisters female Dachshund has done that for yrs, minus the erection. she just gets way to excited. im the only person she doesnt pee on when picking her up or just playin with.
