Not so housebroken anymore

Please help!
My min pin is 2 years old. We're a military family so she's used to traveling and moving.
So here's the problem. My husband and I just moved to San Diego a month ago and all of a sudden she's having frequent accidents in the house! She used to always let us know if she needed to go out and she is walked at least 2 or 3 times a day even without counting when she lets us know. I'm at my ends with this and have no idea what to do. My husband is becoming furious about this because he says i'm handling it wrong (I don't believe in spanking and such) He wants me to spank her whenever she does this but I really don't think thats the answer.

We move again in December for the last time, for at least a year and I'll be staying with my mom during that time while he is on a deployment, so this must be fixed by then.

Any help or advice would really be appreciated.

To be honest it sounds like the dog could be stressed or possibly have a medical problem. I would recommend consulting a vet if this persists.

Definitely do not punish. That will create far worse problems, and will not help the housetraining. It could be medical, you could have an odor problem that she can smell but you cannot, access to the outdoors may not be adequate--there are multiple possibilities. Thanks for the great advice. Do you have any personal experience with these obedience issues?
