I have two Yorkies with cataracts. One has more advanced cataracts than the other. I have heard about eye-drops that are supposed to improve these conditions. Two brands I have read about are Pet Vision by Ader and Can-C. I was wondering if anyone is familar with these brands or knows of another that brand that works better. If so please let me know.

I am not familiar with those brands. What I have used successfully is an eyedrop made from Cineraria maritima. Similisan makes one in a 5x potency, but I prefer a somewhat lower potency.
