Somebody who is a non-custidyal parent got his a pomeranin puppy and called the mother to bring it to her attention the thing is because the apartment complex allows no pets she said no so he said then I will drop it off Lake Worth Bridge and kill it in front of the Children so she said bring it here then while the children were at thier Grandmother's she ended up over here and they told the children that she got lost, My ? is because she isn't house broken yet how often should we take her out every Hour or every 2 hours or every 3 hours or every 4 hours? The is the first time we had this breed but in the past I had gotten dogs that were house broken Betsy is my sister's dog I do step in and help her. This is her first dog any dogs that were here were my dogs I still have my basset and she loves her but for those who own bassets know they can be loud barkers but we have stopped my basset scaring her with her barking. I just need some advice on how often to take Betsy out until she can go on her own is all.
