at what age do puppies ears usually start standing up?

I may be dependent on the breed, I'm not sure about Chi's but my breed the Shiba Inu would be anywhere from 8-12 weeks or a bit longer.

Chi ears stand up when they get about 8 weeks old. They may droop when they are teething.

Some puppies ears never go up, but most of them do. My Andre's ears stand up normally but they droop when he gets tired. You can tell when to put him in his bed based solely on his ears! In the picture you can see one is down because he's been running around playing all day!
