I am not new to breeding pugs. But this one has stumped me. Is not the average pug litter size 3-4 puppies?? My female is pregnant for the second time. Took her in for her X ray to see how many babies... The vet came out and told me he was unable to determine the count. he said there were TOO MANY to tell!! He said AT LEAST 6 pupies. But probably 7, 8 or more. I find this so hard to believe. She had 5 her first time, which was already a lot. But 6, 7, 8 or more... Anyone who breed ever have a large litter like this? And problems? No C-section was needed her last birthing.
