I'm new to the forum and I'd like to introduce Chloe...

I know Doxie owners who say their dogs are nippy, but I have a sweet pup who allows my 2-year old daughter to "torture" her at will without any signs of aggravation.

I hope you are intervening and stopping the child from "torturing" the dog. Otherwise, the time will eventually come when the dog will have to stop her.

Thanks for the response. Maybe I should have used a better word than "torture", but it's because my wife always uses the term when our daughter plays with Chloe.

Actually, "torture" entails lots of hugging and pecking kisses on the snout and head. Its just a term we use as pun. Chloe is always by her side and vice-versa. They're inseparable.
