My 6yr old Dane had knee surgery 2 yrs ago on both knees to repair the ligaments the vet said then that she had some arthritis. Lately she has been screaming with pain when she tries to get up. Once we get her up and moving for about 20 mins she seems fine. I would like to know if this is the arthritis or what you might think it could be and what would you recommend giving her to stop the pain.

It sounds like it is a joint problem, but whether it is knees or hips is hard to tell from here. In either case, I suggest Longlife pet supplement, connective tissue tonic, and flax seed oil or cod liver oil.
