GRTB Condo available

CorbysMom Sep 18, 2008 06:02 AM

My beautiful condo at Izzy Plaza on Route 1 will be available for GRTB week. One of our condo mates and a couple of our hounds can no longer navigate the stairs. We've rented another place to accommodate their needs.

A little about the condo:
There are ten open backed steps, no elevators to the condo. Two parking spaces plus plenty of street parking. The main balcony wraps from the kitchen to the other side of the living room. The bedrooms have little private balconies, too.

Here are some pictures:

The living room is much larger; they just took pictures featuring the new furniture in the living room.
There are 4 bedrooms: one sleeps 4 people (two double beds). One sleeps 6 people (two double beds with two single upper bunks). One bedroom sleeps 5 (one queen and one double with a single upper bunk). One sleeps 5 (two singles and a double bed with a single bunk). And there's a sofabed in the living room. There are also extra mattresses under each double bed. Every bedroom is large except the room with two double beds - that's kind of average, but I just found out that the smaller bedroom will be off limits for GRTB week. Still, the condo will sleep 18 even without the small bedroom.

All linens are included - they have an entire laundry room filled with sheets and pillow cases, blankets and comforters, towels and washcloths. There is a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower, a couple of bikes that they let you use, some beach toys...they really make you feel like you live there and just came back from a day at the beach.

The owner of this condo is awesome. I'm sure she would consider a partial week/long weekend kind of a thing.

We were the first people who were allowed to bring greyhounds into this condo. The owner took a chance on us and wasn't disappointed. The only thing I ask is that you leave the place in immaculate condition. I promised the owner that I would find someone who would love the place like I do.

Email me at IZZYIN @ AOL .com (remove spaces) with any questions and for contact information.

I can attest that this condo is gorgeous and the porch/deck is out of this world. The location is perfect and ... geez, I can't think of anything negative about it except maybe that the stairs would be difficult for some people and some of the dogs.. but if I were doing Dewey this year, I would be hunting up some *roomies* and renting it.
