I'm sure that

Some you are asking yourself why I made the last two post with a when, where and who pictures. well her is the answer.
I really don't know how to start this post as a lot of the principles are no longer with us but it's something I fell I had to look back on. You see it was 6 years ago this weekend that I had a Greyt Greyhound Odyssey. On the previous Saturday, Annamarie and Ellen picked up my Pansy at the track at Seabrook and started her on her trip down to us. On Thursday, I picked up Jilli's Cricket at Corpus Christi, TX and started to MI. It ended on Saturday at 8:00 PM EDT when Janie and I with Cricket arrived at Jilli's house in MI. Well, not really because we still had the almost 900 mile trip back home, with Miss Pansy, to do the next day. I won't post everything here but I will put the link of the little article that Jilli wrote but could not get published. The two girls traveled a total of 3880 miles. My little portion was 3080. It was a wekend I will never forget.

It was kinda strange this morning in that Janie and I were on the road to Southland Greyhound Park in West Memphis, AK to pick up a black girl to bring back down here on her way to LA after a sleep over here at the house. I'll post on that later.

I mentioned those principles that are no long with us. Miss Cricket was lost in Dec. 04 due to a brain tumor, Momma Nancy in March 05 due to hemangiosarcoma, Leah in Aug 04, Jilli in March 06 and Lia early 07.

Miss Pansy, "Dora the Explorer" is sill going strong waiting on her next adventure. Celebrating her 6th gotcha day with us.

Harry- I've always loved the story, and had never read Jilli's version...did you post a link to the story on the AOL board? That would be a neat board story!

This is still one of the best GURs. It's going to be a hard one to top.
