Apple cider vinager

Black_Wolf Sep 22, 2008 05:56 PM

I use to work at a Grooming Salon and we had this Cocker come is with really gross skin, like stomach cringe gross. It only had about 50%of its fur and was gradually losing more and more. Even when we used medicated shampoo. The owners started adding Apple cider vinger to it's diet and the fur is growing back and the skin is healing after a 3-4 weeks on it. And the only thing that they did diffrent was the vinger.I can't remember what kind of skin thing he had.
My questions are, how much and how often do you give to a dog? And for what skin problems is it good for? What else is it good for? Does it have to be the apple cider?

I have never used apple cider vinegar as a treatment, but some people swear by it. Vinegar is useful as a topical treatment for yeast infections, so the apple cider vinegar given internally may also help. More than that I can't tell you.
