Why don't you ever see any photos of large, privately kept green anacondas?

Are green anacondas just a recent pet "fad"?

I think it's mostly because they aren't the most common snake on the market when it comes to large ones. And it also seems as though many people consider them ugly when compared to Burmese, Retics, and the other monster snakes.

It's a shame because Anacondas in general (from my very limited experience) are very interesting.

But one thing that draws me to them is the uniqueness of them. You can go get one of the "dime a dozen" burmese and have the same as everyone else (Not saying they're bad snakes, just pretty common) or you can own an Anaconda and be completely unique.

I don't personally own a green, but later in life (much later.) I'd love to get one, but I'd also love to get a burmese and maybe even a retic.

But that's not until I have a large snake room to accomadate all of the space they require.
