Hello everyone!
My Akita has been bleeding for almost 2 1/2 weeks now and she isn't letting my male grasp her to mate.
I'm wondering if this is normal for breeding this dog for the first time? I put them in the kennel this morning to see what she would do and she still won't let him.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
What is the age if this girl? It could be a false heat cycle, but your vet would be better able to help you determine what is going on.
