Worthy's Beautiful Eyes

KDiamondDavis Dec 20, 2008 04:45 AM

Poodles are typically clipped with a topknot, which looks really classy! But it can hide the eyes. My Worthy is my assistance/service dog, and we need eye contact for work. We have a great groomer who, God bless her, really listens!

Last time she gave me a better view of Worthy's eyes, and it helped. This time she worked extra hard, and my gracious, the view is gorgeous. Not only can he and I make eye contact well, but people he meets in public see it, too. I'm so pleased!

Yesterday on our outing, the shopping center was busy and our walk took awhile because people wanted to pet Worthy and we would visit awhile. It was a great day. I sure love my boy.

Kathy that's really great that you have a groomer who is willing to work for you and strive for the look you are going for. Sounds like she is really nailing it for you.
