long story short, my Buddy has had his tail between his legs for a week now, did have anal gland very full and vet expressed it, she did blood work , has high calcium count but everything else is ok, said could be a sign of cancer, ok but why is his tail still between his legs, took him back a second time and she checked it again it was fine, any thoughts?
