Anne looks like you almost have it. If you can go to your user prefs copy the url into this area... that will add the picture into your signature area. 
Be sure to add the img tags at the beginning and end like mine.

Here is the complete url for you to use. I went to the photo gallery and copied it from there. Don't know why I didn't do that in the first place. As you can see by Murphy's photo it will work. Just remember... once you copy this url add the img tags and also remember the second one needs the / before img.
